    Do you work for a municipality or a regional authority?

    The federation is articulated as a quadruple helix. The fourth role, public authority, is open by design. The Charter, the Helix, and the Implementation Gap explain what your seat at the table looks like and why the configuration already exists in your territory.

    Are you part of a cooperative that could become a Lab?

    A Lab is an integral cooperative on land, signing the Charter and adopting the Practice. The Practice describes the eight working disciplines of daily life; Become a Lab describes the practical pathway in.

    Are you a researcher or working in academia?

    SYFERS is the federation's open research and documentation framework, built to the European Commission's ORRI standard. Heal the System is the editorial publication, written from the ground at member Labs.

    Do you want to support the work as a Friend?

    Friends sustain the federation while the legal frame is built and the first Labs grow. Five tiers, no lock-in, thirty days to leave. Support describes the other ways to help that are not financial.

    Are you working on EU or national policy?

    The Implementation Gap describes the regulatory absence the federation operates within. Alignment maps how the federation reads against EU, Portuguese, and Algarve frameworks. The Charter is the legal minimum every Lab signs.
