Syntrociety.

Syntrociety is a federation of Syntropic Living Labs.

A Lab is a group of people who live and work together in one place. They try to do it the way nature does. A forest keeps itself going. Nobody gives the forest orders. A body works the same way. That is called syntropy: order that grows on its own, because everything alive works together.

We are trying to do this with people.

We do not have the answer. We have a direction, and we try it out every day. It is a learning process, not an ideal.

§ Where this already happens

The first Lab exists. It is called Sulitânia. Since May 2023, people from different countries have been living and working on the land. Since June 2025, they are a cooperative: Cooperativa Integral Sulitânia.

Three years of work. You can see it in the soil. You can read it in the decisions, written down as they were taken.

§ What this asks

This work is not light. It is messy, it rubs, it asks for maturity.

Tension is information: where it grinds, there is something to learn.

§ What the federation offers

We make tools: a framework that lets you read what we do. Each Lab chooses its own form. Nobody dictates how you should live. What happens, you can read.

Consent governance

We decide together, in Council. A decision only holds when nobody has a good objection to it. For every decision we keep the trail.
